Yeah yeah, this isn't "English 101". But nobody's talking about typos. I guess old guys are set in their ways and don't care, but all you 15-30 year old illiterates who want jobs or promotions someday will need to be taken seriously.
If you're blowing off basic grammar here that should be second nature for any 10-year-old, it's likely creeping into the rest of your life, and it jumps out like a giant red flag.
I say that as a 24-year-old member of the deadbeat entitlement generation.
